Return & Refund Policy
I really hope you love your purchase, but if you are dissatisfied with your order you are entitled to return it for a refund (not including posting costs) within 7 days of receipt. If you wish to return your order, please email me in the first instance to request a refund.
Your order must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Unless the return is because of a mistake on my part, the cost of returning the order will be at the buyer's expense. I also request that your purchase a tracking number and insurance for the full value when returning the package.
I do not take responsibility for loss or damage caused by the postal system. All packages are insured, which means if anything does go wrong, you will be fully refunded.
Additional Info
These earrings are individually handmade in my studio in Darlington, County Durham. Every piece is unique but is carefully paired with its partner based on colour, tone and exact size. Each pair vary from another but are between 9 to 12mm in diameter.

These earrings are presented in a special velvet lined box, ideal for gifting.

All parcels will be sent via Royal Mail and are tracked and fully covered. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from me with your tracking number.
I use eco friendly, fully recyclable postal packaging.
