"I attended one of Helen Gordon’s fused glass workshops for North York Art School at Henshaw's, Knaresborough. There were twelve participants of mixed ages and artistic/practical abilities. Helen made the session accessible for everyone by being well prepared with inspirational materials and encouragement for all. I have an ‘arts’ background and had an idea of what I wanted to do which Helen was happy to help with when needed, whereas others were given support to achieve adaptations of designs that she had provided.
