Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment All workshops must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 14 days or more before the workshop date will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date (subject to availability). Cancellations made less than 14 days before the workshop are non-refundable, as materials and kiln space will already have been allocated. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person with prior notice. In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund or alternative date will be offered. 3. Workshop Content & Finished Work All materials required for the workshop are included unless otherwise stated. Finished glass pieces will be kiln-fired after the workshop. This process can take several days. While every care is taken, glass is an unpredictable material and occasional imperfections, colour changes, or breakages may occur during firing. No refunds can be offered in these circumstances. 4. Health & Safety Participants must follow all safety instructions given during the workshop. The workshop involves handling glass and tools; while guidance is provided, participation is at your own risk. Closed-toe shoes are strongly recommended. The organiser accepts no responsibility for injury resulting from failure to follow safety guidance. 5. Suitability Workshops are for adults only. No prior experience is necessary unless stated. If you have any medical conditions that may affect your participation (e.g. issues with fine motor skills or standing for periods), please inform the organiser in advance. 6. Personal Belongings Personal belongings are brought at your own risk. The organiser is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items during the workshop. 7. Photography & Marketing Photographs may be taken during workshops for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing materials). • If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the organiser at the start of the workshop. 8. Liability • The organiser’s liability is limited to the cost of the workshop fee paid. • Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. 9. Acceptance of Terms • By booking a workshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
